We are officially in the holiday spirit! Yes, we know – it’s not even December 1st! But this week we started decorating our homes for some events we’re hosting and after the kids had the chance to do their toy-testing recently it feels that the holidays are in full swing here.
But we’re not the only ones. We’ve been out all week meeting up with friends and connected through social media and hearing how many of you have Christmas lists and wishes on the top of your minds too. It’s no secret that our little Ella loves American Girl Dolls. Remember our trip to NYC where we took her and she freaked out? But with an American brand, it’s sometimes difficult to find the best deal with limited retailers in Canada.

We especially love the meaning behind the dolls. For example, their 2018 Girl of the year is Luciana. She’s an aspiring astronaut ready to explore Mars – talk about inspiring our little girls to think beyond their wildest dreams – literally, out of this world. Chapters hasn’t yet released their deals as of writing this blog, but we’re watching out for this book to inspire Ella’s reading habits with something she already loves so much.
