Green Smoothie Muffin Recipe

Thanks to Angela from Eat Right Feel Right she shared her Green Smoothie Recipe with us yesterday.

Optional recipe modifications:
1) If you do NOT have vanilla protein powder, add 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey for some extra sweetness and 1/2 cup extra rolled oats, so the total would be 2 and 1/2 cups of oats.
2) If you don’t have dates, use 3 tbsp. or 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey instead.
3) If you can’t or don’t want to use eggs. Mix 2 tbsp. chia seeds with 6 tbsp. water and let sit for 10-15 minutes. The seeds will expand and you will use that as your ‘eggs.’
4) Add 1/4 cup more milk if the batter seems way too thick.
